Shannon is a seasoned resident care and compliance leader with more than 15 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse and Certified Dementia Practitioner. She has a demonstrated history of elevating quality and regulatory performance across assisted living, memory care, and post-acute care settings. Throughout her career, Shannon has been recognized for fostering positive team cultures, strengthening clinical and compliance standards, and guiding multi-site senior living organizations through evolving regulatory and operational demands.

In her recent regional role, Shannon oversaw clinical operations for senior living communities, leading survey readiness efforts, strengthening compliance practices, and implementing standardized quality assurance systems that improved consistency of care.
