Real Page provides residents a way to pay their monthly charges online. They transitioned from the Welcome Home Portal to Loft Living in early August, and the Resident Portal links will redirect to Loft Living until they are all updated. Residents who were already registered in the Welcome Home portal should have received an email invitation welcoming them to Loft Living, along with step-by-step instructions for logging into the new portal. 

Please note: Residents will only need to create a new username and password. They do not need to re-enter their saved banking information or re-enroll in automatic payments. Existing banking information and AutoPay enrollments should continue automatically and without interruption. 

If you have never logged in before, the user name defaults to the email address you provided at lease signing. Please review the instructions and contact the Business Office Manager at your community if you have further questions.
